Can children or pets attend the festival?

Without exception, no children or pets are allowed to attend any Festival events. This is an adult-only, over-21 festival; IDs will be required to verify age and all adults will be clearly marked as attendees and participants. This rule applies to infants in strollers or backpacks.

How many wines will there be?

Over 500 different wine, beer and spirit samples will be showcased over the festival weekend.

Will there be food?

Heavy appetizers will be provided at the Thursday Kickoff Celebration.  The Saturday Grand Tasting will have small bites from various local restaurants.

I’m from out of town. Where should I stay?

Check out current offers from our lodging partners on our website.

Where do I start?

Where you start is dependent upon which event you are attending. See your event for check in and parking details.

Can I purchase tickets anywhere other than online?

At this time tickets can only be purchased online. In the past we have offered walk-up sales, but last year’s event(s) sold out and we anticipate the same this year. Online is the best option. You can also order by phone: 203-861-0900.

What will the live entertainment be?

Depending upon the event, the live entertainment can vary from live music, to live auctions and cooking demos.

Is there a designated driver program or a non-drinking ticket?

Yes. These tickets are discounted; attendees will receive different credentials and no wine glass for the event. Please call our offices for these tickets: 203-861-0900.

What if I buy tickets and can’t come to the event?

We’re sorry – just like a concert or sporting event, there are no refunds.

What if there is inclement weather?

We will do our best to run the event as planned. The event will most likely be held, rain or shine, just like a sporting event. The mountain outdoors can be unpredictable in the summer so dress accordingly.
